Registration Transfers & Cancellations
Conference registrations cannot be cancelled for a refund. Registrations may be moved to a later conference within 12 months or transferred to a colleague.
- Transfer or move requests must be submitted by April 19, 2027.
- Unused or no-show registrations are not eligible for transfer.
Event Postponement
If an in-person May 2027 event becomes infeasible due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (for example, a pandemic), the conference will be postponed rather than cancelled. In that scenario, your registration is automatically transferred to the new conference dates.
Photography & Recording Notice
Please note that some sessions are filmed and crowd photos may be taken.
By registering as an attendee, you grant permission for your appearance to be used in event photography and video footage.
